We celebrated our anniversary at Napa at Kingsley. We really enjoyed the ambiance, food, and service. Our server Rebecca was so nice and it was clear that she cared that we enjoyed our time there. I had the scallops and my husband had the pork chops. Both were delicious. The only issue we had was that the mustard greens weren't washed properly and were gritty. We didn't mention it because it was prom night and everyone was already really busy. Everything else was amazing and I'm really impressed at the amount of gluten free options.
Had dinner here before Prom, and it was excellent! The food was delicious and worth the price, and our server Jessica was just the best!
Napa is always a favorite! They have an excellent happy hour. For dinner, their plates are easily shareable (but still sizable - not “small plates”) which makes for a fun experience with friends. Try brunch on the patio on a nice Sunday…you won’t be disappointed!
Enjoyed a wonderful April weekday afternoon on the patio for lunch! Our server Grant was fantastic and friendly. My husband and I both ordered off the lunch 'perfect pair' menu. We each had Flatbread & Salad combos. It was the perfect portion for me but wasn't quite enough for my husband. We also had the creme brulee and salted caramel cappachino cheesecake which were also amazing! We were offered a free champagne toast since it was our anniversary, and they brought us a card with a coupon for another visit which was a nice touch.
Enjoyed a Friday evening meet-up with friends here. Drinks at the bar to start, then seated our group. Bar staff were attentive and quick, cocktails were excellent. Our server Casey, in the dining room was excellent. She was very professional & communicative all throughout our evening. Drink orders were prompt and accurate when bought out to us. Food orders were taken and delivered to the table with all the speed anyone could reasonably expect for a large table on a Friday evening. Everyone praised the variety of food we all tried. Great food & drink experience, def worth a visit. I won't hesitate to return to Napa!
This is a strange review for me. You'll say this guy must be crazy 5 stars for the food, service, and atmosphere and an overall rating of two. Let me explain. My wife and I went to dinner with our son and daughter-in-law. The atmosphere was great inside and out. The service was exceptional. And the food was excellent and very well presented. Now you are thinking this guy has a screw loose. Well, there should be a fourth category pertaining to the kitchen. I know it's all included in the service, but when the person taking and then bring out your order had nothing to do with us waiting more than a half an hour for our orders to be brought out and that was only 3 of the 4. The fourth finally came out several minutes later, and compared to the other dishes, it was on the skimpy side. Now all the food was delicious but when you go out as a group you expect to eat as a group. Someone has to be held accountable, and since the food is coming out of the kitchen, that's where the fault lies. Anyway, I think so. Our server did everything she could do. The general manager was extremely kind and did what she could do. We were compensated for the late meal and were given a complimentary beverage. Realistically, Napa is 5 star across the board . But the experience fell short of our expectations. Don't let this review keep you from going to Napa it's a wonderful place. The 2 star rating was our experience. Please have your own. That's what really counts.
Food was delicious and the service was awesome. Rebecca is a super funny and efficient waitress. Would love to come back again!
Had another phenomenal experience at Napa. The manager Casey and the staff always make us feel extremely welcome and provide an excellent atmosphere for a nice evening out. Highly recommended.
Waited over an hour for salads. Only 6 tables including ours in the entire restaurant. Wine glasses were thick and clunky. Food was mediocre at best. Will not return.
