The staff didn’t understand simple English. 3 different staff members didn’t understand English they had to get someone to understand English. How can Nando’s employ staff that do not speak English???? Terrible service avoid avoid avoid
What a let down of a Nando’s. We went there on a Friday evening around 8pm. Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Then got told they had no chicken left, which considering they are a chicken restaurant is a big issue! We then got told they had thighs; ordered 4 and they were no bigger than a 5cm x 5cm piece. They didn’t have the drinks we ordered and had to get a refund! All in all a very poor experience.
Food was great but what was even better was Ollie's charismatic smile. He really lit up the location with his charm. 10/10 experience.
Food was good. Could have done with a bit more and also a dessert. Very annoyed there was no toilet paper in ladies' toilet or hand dryer working. Very shoddy. Spoke to the Manager to advise him. These should be checked on an hourly basis.
