Worst in every department

Too bad service. Waiters forgot what to give to which table. Lot of delays in providing orders Edit:This time we had a good experience,the staff number was more than the previous visit and the service was also quick and reliable.

I used to like the food here and even our office being nearby has frequent visitors to this branch. But today after having food in this restaurant all my impression so far has gone away. The food was aweful. Pappu curry was more of a salt curry. Curd was watery from the usual yoghurt type. Flies added to the Ambience. At least service wise though there was a lot of delay, there was some courteous behaviour.

Worst biriyani. It was not fresh.

The food was above average. But the service was top-notch. We were attended by a waiter named Mr. Ram👨‍🍳, Who was a very nice person. He spent time playing with my kid and gave him a Gulab Jamun as a compliment right after seeing getting excited when he was serving Gulab Jamun with meals to my father. We ordered Natti Chicken biriyani which was average. Andra Chicken Fry & Guntur chicken were very tasty😋. The Andra Veg meals was good too👌. Though the biryani was a disappointment, I'm going again for the experience I had. Mr. Ram sure made us feel special. This is a way to earn a customer. Just by being nice, this makes up for the food.
