Description: This coffee was produced by several farmers belonging to the Gamatui community in Uganda. These farmers bring their harvest to Sipi Falls processing station, where it is depulped, washed, dried, and milled all together. This cuts down on labor and results in more favorable financial outcomes for the farmers of Gamatui. This coffee is a very clean, easy drinking coffee, with a very sweet flavor profile. Look for notes of baked apple, candied orange, and milk chocolate in this easy drinker coffee.
