Julie Paddison and Lew Hendricks, founders of Bottle Rev Chapel Hill, Old East Tavern, RTP Uncorked, and The Poplar Cafe, have teamed up with NoDa Brewing Company out of Charlotte to open this new concept, NoDa Brewing Tapas, in East 54, Chapel Hill. We brought on board Executive Chef, Dustin Raper, who excels at creating fresh and flavorful tapas using local ingredients. We offer Tapas/small plates, NoDa Brewing Taproom, and full bar.
