The food was delicious. They have healthy options and the cucumber salad was fresh and so tasty. I got the rock and roll and the spicy tuna roll. My husband got the monster roll. The ambiance was very nice, and the waitress was on top of everything. We had a great time.

The food and service was great. However, the atmosphere is horrible. The place is run down and disgusting. A cook was standing in the middle of the restaurant looking as if he has not showered in days. The place needs new management.

This place has really gone down the drain. Just to get a table is an ordeal. The building itself needs major upgrades, the walls, carpet and bugs in the ceiling. The women’s restrooms smell like drainage and who knows when it was the last time that sink got cleaned.

Overall, this is a good place to eat. Great customer service.

Felt rushed

We ordered 3 Katsu Pork Entrees last night, the menu said it comes with steam rice, but it didn’t include in the box. None in our 3 boxes. Then I called the restaurant, they asked me to go back to pick up the steam rice, I said I don’t want to drive at night again, I asked some refund for the rice. But they refused it, bad service. And the food is not good too, the Katsu pork was over cooked, too dry. The restaurant looks dirty and dark, bad atmosphere. Don’t go to Nami Sushi.
