NADC Burger

Not a Damn Chance Burger is a smash burger collaboration between Professional Skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants & Pasta Bar. The pair first bonded over their shared love of cooking and skateboarding. After skate sessions, burgers became the pair’s go to treat and soon they started collaborating on a burger aiming to become the perfect cheeseburger. The burger is composed of 100% full-blooded premium Texas wagyu beef from RC Ranch in Bailey's Prairie, Texas.
