Older lady’s customer service and attitude are both disgusting. Won’t be returning! I told her I didn’t like the way my smoothie tasted and she made me pay for another smoothie! Hope this place closes down for good.

My lady and I used to be regulars at this location. Well, not anymore. The owner’s sister (woman with Caribbean accent) is one of the worst examples of an employee I have ever witnessed. I hope she personally suffers the consequences of the eventual failure of this business. Do not visit this location. Edit: 12/19/23 I hate to leave this review, but I’ve just about had enough of this place. This is a business that cares nothing for customer service or the customer in general. I walked in at 7:52pm with Google showing an 8:30pm closing time. The woman at the front claimed she was closed and that they had been closing at 8:00pm for “2 weeks or so”. At this point, I said “It’s not even 8 yet,” to which she simply said “Well, we’re closed”. Mind you, the door was unlocked and her friend (not an employee) was inside hanging around. This is not the first time I’ve been treated with disrespect here. Not only will I not be visiting, I will actively turn people away from this place and do all I can as an individual person to ensure they fail.

I bought two smoothies mind you both had a powder taste so I went back in first thing I asked was there powder in it she said yes but I didn have no energy or fat burner it was the ginger. I said can you remake it or exchange it she said she’s not allowed too I threw the smoothie away and left. Never will I be back.

Smoothie taste like dish soap. Lady with accent is weird and not clean. Sometimes she’s cool sometimes she’s nice, regardless the smoothies are nasty. Like the other location better.

I had a absolutely wonderful experience, The lady with the jamaican accent, Was so nice, Made me the best smoothie I ever had in my life!!!!!! If I hit the lottery I will buy her her own store ❤️
