The man said hes not ready to take orders even though its way past the opening times. I think you should come early and prepare everything before the opening time no? He didnt even look at us when explaining. So rude. Please get a customer service course or smthg and treat your regular customer better (pretty sure not gonna be so regular after this). Walked all the way just to get 5 cookie doughs for my friend’s birthday party and was disappointed. I don’t have any complaints on food as I’m a regular here. But definitely needs an improvement in customer service. If you have put 8:00 as your closing time, then you should take orders until 8. The man denied to take order at 19:38. This is definitely bad and change your timings please. Unfortunately will never come back if this is how you guys are going to return customers back. Extremely disappointed. Also noted that they were online in just eat. Don’t know why they can’t take orders in store, when they can take orders in just eat.

Got my order taken by Scott he was a nice guy and make my milkshake in minutes. Great place 10/10

I love this place. The cookie dough is amazing and never disappoints and the staff is friendly.

the quality is not worth the price! £5.50 for a poorly made milkshake and the cookiedough was £4.50 however it did not look nice at all, said it came with ice cream but it did not, it was very soggy and not presented well.The pictures do not compare. Very dissatisfied with my purchase. Don't recommend this place
