Mr Zagros - Best Shawarma in Town

EDIT - IN REPONSE TO REPLY FROM OWNER: YOU ARE MISTAKEN ON BOTH POINTS YOU MADE: 1. The first type of product (commonly referred to as donairs or gyros) is made with ground meat that is formed into a cone shape and frozen. The second type of product (commonly referred to shawarmas) is made with thin, whole cuts of meat that are marinated before being stacked on a vertical skewer. GYROS/DONAIR is more of a greek meat style served on a thick pita, while Shawarma is a common middleeastern meat style which can be served in a samdwich or thin wrap. Bottomline is please If you do not have DONAIR meat - do not display it on your menu. Because both DONAIR AND SHAWARMA sandwiches, at different prices, were listed. 2. I asked for Donair sandwich as listed on your menu. I was asked if I would like it in a wrap instead of sandwich, I said sure. Only to realize she was cutting shawarma meat. And I was charged and given a Shawarma Wrap instead. You had the SHAWARMA in a sandwich or wrap option as well. ORIGINAL POST: I DO NOT RECOMMEND Their menu had DONAIR beef sandwich $9.99 and Shawarma Wrap $11.99. I ordered Donair but was charged Shawarma price... I noticed she was cutting the beef from the shawarma skewer, I said that is not Donair, she said it is the same thing as the beef Shawarma. I said NO it's not . Donair is different type of meat. And if they were the same, why would their menu show shawarma and Donair sandwiches? Everything I said was ignored and they moved on to the next person. The Shawarma wrap I was given tasted very bland. I asked for hot sauce and the garlic sauce I could hardly taste it in the wrap. I found the items on the menu pricey in comparison. Stingy on the toppings as well will not return.

Food quality wasn’t very good. I lived in Ottawa and this doesn’t compare.

One best place you can eat Shawarma

Definitely not the best Shawarma I have had ... maybe top 8 but Definitely not top 5 .... Service is really slow and no team work from what I have seen ... would never recommend
