I never got to order anything, O rang the bell and No one ever came after 15 plus minutes of waiting. I saw the workers but No one ever acknowledged me and my grandkids. Poor Customer Service.

Terrible customer service. Don't trust them to make your food.

Terrible customer service and no boss to keep the employees off of their phones instead of taking peoples orders. Then the same employees want to make problems and make everyone get back in line after waiting for 10mins!!!!! If you are so into your phone you don’t see dozens of people waiting outside of your establishment then maybe you need to fix the problem. Saw people flying through the drive thru mad as well and almost hitting people because of the long wait. And this has happened multiple times!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely laundering or something else happening here

Corn in the cup had wayyyy too much hot sauce… no flavor!!! Shaved ice was very dry !! Nachos were good .. definitely not worth the money and time

Not even a huge icecream person but it was really tasty & visually beautiful

Could not go inside the establishment, the outside of the establishment smelled like the trash man just left and no one came out to wash the horrid trash juices, the wind was blowing right past where you order your food at the window on the patio. As far as for the ice 🍨 🍦, it's overcharged it's something that you can make in your 🏠, I was hoping it was something extravagant, something different. I'm better off just going to Sprinkles. The waffle cup, I could just about break all my 😁 on that, why is it so hard? Super disappointed, will never go back! And when you make a milkshake there should not be any ice in the milkshake, unless you're short-changing the customer by holding back on milk and 🍦.😝

Usually I love coming here, but today wass the worse experience ever. The female at the window was rude and disrespectful like she did not want to be there.

Delicious treats snacks my kids love it here it just takes forever sometimes I didn’t get banana split I paid for but other than that great place
