Mr. Puffs

good puffs. very chewy filling and sweet, but not too sweet! We got cookies and cream and cinnamon sugar (i think) and both were yum but i think i liked the cookies and cream the most. a bit pricey but these puffs are pretty rich and filling.

Love this place! The puffs are sooooo good. Sometimes they're cooked perfectly and sometimes not. Nice and clean and friendly staff.

Great spot for a sweet treat and speciality hot chocolate. Will be back to try their coffee drinks and more puffs

Edit: The service and quality has gone down even lower and the owner had the guts to dispute everything I said. Don't listen to your customers and I swear your days will be numbered in that location. Note: these reviews help businesses provide better products and service. A bit overpriced. They need to serve it fresh all the time. Very short self life. i was once served over the shelf life and it was not good at all. They need consistensy when serving their shakes. It's like you're at the mercy of the one serving you. When they are having a bad day - you're getting an attitude and quality of the drink suffers - one time it was very runny, one time it was less than full. Finally stopped going to this location. Only get it from Mississauga where they always serve fresh since they have a lot of customers.

Great quality products and customer service. I like their iced teas and spankopitas.

Came here recently to order a 30 box after I found out about this place from being with my girlfriend in Quebec. The environment was very clean and friendly, staff were easy to take my order and friendly as well. My order took a bit to wait for but I guess that's okay. The only thing I noticed is when I was in Quebec and ordered extra icing they didn't put it in a cup like they did here, instead they put it on the puffs. The only other thing is the taste was very different from the Quebec stores as well. Other than that it was great.

We got it on Uber and it was so good. Still light, fluffy, and a little crisp. The sauce and toppings were so good! We got biscoff, choco-loco, choco-bueno, and Oreo. I loved the biscoff and choco-bueno. It’s also not overly sweet.
