Love Mr Gatti's.. The pizza is great

This store is awful! Cashier didn't ask what me any question when ordering, and just assumed my order. Thin crust tasted like crap, and forgot the rest of my order, until I spoke up. They don't care about quality. Paid 25.00 for a medium pizza that was actually a small. They are scammers!

Ordered deliver at 6:37pm. First text said 45-60min. 10 minutes prior to deadline got another text saying there’s a 30 minute delay. Cold gross pizza showed up at 8:19pm. 2nd fail for piss poor pizza. Called the site and got put on hold for 11 minutes and hung up because the pizza showed up. 20 other pizza joints in Kyle and hopefully this dump goes out of business. Good job letting high school kids run you into the ground.

I've always loved Gattis' pepperoni rolls and this establishment more than delivers on that familiar joy that I get from eating them! I'm not sure whether or not this is typical, but the rolls they've given me the past 3 times or so that I've ordered have been MASSIVE (lovin' that!). The cashier lady at the front has made me feel at home every time I order. Thank you all!

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. One large Sampler and a medium Pepperoni pizza. When they arrived to my house, both pizzas had no sauce on them!!! Can you even consider that a pizza still? With delivery fee, that was $43 down the drain. How do you forget the sauce? I have never had any issues with this location, but this was a major screw up!!!

Mr. Gatti's in Kyle, TX is great. I love that they have an XL option. Staff are always friendly and service is amazing.

When I tell you they’ve never missed, I mean NEVER. 10/10 every time
