The lady who runs the place is always nice. However her son is a different story. He had earbuds in and could barely hear me, even though I was nearly shouting. I spent $23, took my bag and was on my way to my car. I noticed that he didn't include my daughter's beloved donut holes. (I only ordered 3). I went back inside, and patiently waited in line again, this time 3 people ahead of me. When I approached the counter, I explained that he didn't include my daughters 3 donut holes that I definitely ordered. Without a single word, he went to the back and tossed 3 donut holes in the bag. As I attempted to pay with my debit card, he shook his hand in my face and said, "No! No! $3 limit on debit card pay!" I politely tried to explain to him that I JUST bought $23 worth of product and he had neglected to include my daughter's 3 measly donut holes. That I did not have any cash on me, and to PLEASE let me purchase these donut holes so that I could be on my way. He refused. I had to go to another donut shop just to get 3 donut holes. By the way, his mother, (the owner) usually just throws my daughters donut holes in for no charge. I am a regular in this store, as I like to reward my employees with assorted donuts and pastries 3 or 4 times a week. This experience really has really disappointed me. I don't think I'll be back.
