Mr Cheese Pizza

my order was very specific and alot of small annoying details (lol) they did my whole order correctly and they fulfilled it with the most complimentary upbeat respectful attitude Dietary restrictions: They accommodate more than you'd think

This place was a nightmare. I ordered through their ordering service Slice. I placed the order at 6:16 and and was told it would arrive at 7:01. We received cold hard pizza and cold soggy wings at 8:23. I was in contact with them and was told it would be arriving in 5 minutes. I waited an additional 15 minutes and called again. Again I was told 5 minutes and then I was hung up on. When the order arrived I called them to tell them about the quality of the food and asked for a refund. They told me they needed to come and pick up the food in order for me to get the refund. I let them know that we had hungry people and they started to eat. He then refused to give me back a refund. I would advise anyone looking to try this restaurant to look elsewhere. Never again for me!!

The pizza sauce tasted like smushed fresh tomatoes. Like my pizza was wet at the bottom. Cheese bread cheese tasted sour like it was old. That’s why i should’ve went to big Al’s before they closed. I’m very disappointed
