Since 1992 he has owned and operated Mr. Bill’s Poultry Market and Healthy Deli at the Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market. When he first acquired the present business, it was a straightforward farmers market poultry business. Bill soon saw the need to develop creative products that people would not tire of and he continually comes up with new products to this day. Mr. Bill’s Poultry Market specialty products include stuffed chicken breasts, chicken sausages, turkey sausages and many more!
