Mozza Restaurant and Lounge

Took a good while before anyone came to the “please wait to be seated” sign, I ordered the classic burger and fries with a Caesar salad and the burger was one of the worst burgers I have had. Barely any sauce and the patty was one of the cheapest frozen burger patty you can get , fries were cold and card board tasting. Caesar salad was the best part of the dinner ‍♀️Do not recommend. Almost $40 and it was disgusting.

Where’s the zero stars option. Rude, slow staff…clearly under new management.

The food was not very good and overpriced. The server was also a bit rude. Only checked it out because I was staying at the hotel.

Service was bad, bartender kept sitting on fridge with cold glasses inside, (not to note when they open it you see all the dirt and Mold inside and around the door) food was slow to come out. Ordered fish and chips came out faster than my aps but upon cutting in the fish it was raw. Bartender kept starring while I was trying to eat (Hannah) really did not set a good mood. Returned fish and she pressured me to get another one even tho I refused, asked her what kind of fish it was and she had to look at menu and said she thinks it's cod. Overal bad food and bad service should of went with my gut and go next door and eat instead.

Mid steak and poor service. At the end the server asked me how much change i wanted and how much i was going to tip her. Tip for what? The service was not that good. I relented and gave her a little tip for which she got angry and threw my change on the table. Of you want good tips you should decent service and not treat people like uninvited guests. Fazit: Too expensive for mediocre food and they will have the gall to demand a tip after bad service.
