Mozz is a high quality, artisan pizza experience. We source all of our ingredients locally from various farmers and artisans throughout the state of Utah. Every single item is made fresh from scratch, including our namesake MOZZarella. For this we source milk from a local, award winning farm called Gold Creek Farms. The milk is then turned into cheese, by hand, daily. Our dough is made using traditional bread making techniques and only requires 3 ingredients: water, salt and flour. This dough is left to develop flavor for 2-3 days in order to deliver the best quality and taste possible. All of this comes together with our locally sourced meats, cheese and produce to create dishes that taste as good as they sound.
