I’m from Chicago so I do know good pizza. Def give this one a 7.1. If you ever had a Tony’s pizza. Similar crust but way better than a frozen one lol. Give them a try. I did a thin crust well done with pepperonis.

We came to try out the "All you can eat" lunch special and the food and freshness didn't disappoint, the staff knocked it out of the park. They kept making fries, pizza, and kept the salad bar fresh and stocked. I will be coming back soon.

First time for the buffet great service, food and quality. Had a server name Somy she was great knowing were seniors she was very helpful. Will be a continued customer weekly.

Great pizza! The Snowy Alps is definitely my favorite! The white garlic sauce is a nice flavorful change.

Tried it out of curiosity, and well, it's just one of those places where you know you're not gonna order from there again. It's not the price($$$) alone, but the taste just was not there.

When you call to order food you cannot understand them they do not have an American speaking on the phone they're English is so broken

To the owner of this Mike, the staff attitude are ATROCIOUS. They need a revamp on the attitude. The ONLY staff member here who actually gave good service as I have been here several times is the hispanic woman, the rest are terrible. I will be calling corporate about the circumstances. The male staff provided the name "Soni/Sony” (Indian girl) and she is absolutely terrible, very mean, shames customers, speak down on door dashers and you can really tell she does NOT care at all. Something is off about her. She acts like she is overworked when she barely does anything and overall she is unpleasant to deal with. If she is so unhappy about customers and door dashers, why does she not get allocated another position at work where she does not have to deal with customers? Like give her the dough making area or the baking area or something. Stop taking out her anger on delivery drivers, they are helping your company do the work or you’d have to deliver it on your own…. Do better, re-train her. Just terrible service, makes mountain Mike look so bad. Update: replying to the owner/manager who sent a message to me. I have filled the form and I will be calling as well. Thanks !
