Nepalese native, Head Chef & Owner, Mr. Bhuwan Bhattarai earned his culinary training, theory & practical, from the highly accredited, India National Institute Center of Mumbai. Refining his craft at the Alison Hotel in Punjab, India, returning home to Manang in Nepal, he took his leap to the States.With his wife Radha, we ensure a peaceful, authentic, dining experience.
