Terrible!! My daughter and I went in to grab dinner. The menu was small. They were out of most of the items on the menu. The food was premade and heated up after ordering. Got home and the taste was awful. Won’t be back.

Staff not as friendly as people are saying. It took way too long to get my food on my lunch break. The place is claustrophobic. Don't think I will be coming back.

We ordered takeout and it was DELICIOUS!! I think it's the best meatball sub I've ever had! Super cute spot with friendly owners, will definitely be back!

The mario sandwich is absolutely to die for! I will be back!!! The ONLY feedback I have is the music was so loud we chose not to eat there and take it to go… but maybe that’s the intended vibe.

Ammmaazing food. Have been in 5x now and I haven't had a single thing I disliked. I don't mind the wait because I know this is just the beginning of a great place and the small kinks will be worked out in time. I understand how hard it is to find good employees who actually want to work. My only two suggestions are to turn the music down inside a bit and to have pepperjack cheese as a choice for their incredible sandwiches. BEST little deli food I've had in a looooong time. So grateful this place is so close to home. Keep up the great work guys and see you soon!! (Everyday if I could)

I know this is a new place and there are a lot of quirks to work out. After going there 3 times nothing has changed, hearing others talking about the same things, I thought maybe others who haven't been should be aware. If your on a lunch break this is definitely not the place to come. We waited in line for 22 min for our order to be taken. Then you have to wait in another line while 1 person makes your food. Yes 1 person! The place is very small inside, so it's very cramped. There are 4 seats along the window, and bar stools at the other window which you can't sit at cause thats the only place for the line. They put 2tables outside, with no awning or umbrella to keep the cicadas off your food. I know because we tried to sit outside. Just a thought, maybe have your most purchased sandwichs made up so people can just grab and go. As well as your pastas. Have them ready in 1/2 lb containers in the case. Next to your pre-made sandwiches. Remember everyone is in a hurry these days and no one really has time to wait 20- 30min for a sandwich. Everyone wants you to be successful, we like that there is a new place in town but you will keep losing customers with the long wait and no where to sit. Just things to think about.
