Worst hot chocolate I've ever had
Delicious Chocolate Fudge Cake, and a nice hot cup of Tea.☕️ Just what the doctor ordered haha, great service,✅️ and plenty of seats in Café, thank you again Morrisons Café.

Don't stock on food .absolutely terrible compared to the Blackpool road cafe .
Lunch. We had Jacket potato with salad. Best bit - portion of real butter. Salad was assorted very dry leaves, 3 whole cherry tomatoes & some very large chunks of cucumer. Potato was not hot, at the most I'd say warm. Staff. 2 staff seen. Both did not appear happy in their work, grumpy, & lacked customer service skills
My partner and I came today and we’re very disappointed with the food, service and cleanliness. There were barely any staff on the floor, meaning that people who were wanting to order in person had to wait for ages to get served. We ordered online and were told to collect the bottle of coke from the counter, where my partner waited for a while before he asked and was told to get it himself. I ordered a cloudy iced lemonade, and it didn’t say to collect this, leading us to believe that it would be brought over to us. However, after eating most of our food, we decided to ask about it and were told that we also had to collect that. It didn’t really taste of much. For food, we ordered a Yorkshire wrap but were told it wasn’t available, so my partner got a very dry burger instead. I had avocado on toast with poached eggs. It was okay, but really could have done with some seasoning. The chips and garlic bread were great though. Overall, it was a pretty poor experience. The prices are low, but staff will walk past you if you’re waiting for help, and the ordering could be difficult for people who aren’t familiar with technology. The tables could also do with being cleaned more often.
Have been here today and stopped for a coffee, ....the staff are great but the process and system in place needs a review by the management team. Order at one till, Then moved to the brew station to collet our coffees. Customers food was leaving the kitchen before the customer even had chance to collect their drinks. How can this be? Not even sat at a table, still queing for coffee and waiting on staff shouting out table numbers. I sat and watched while I decided I was dissatisfied with my caramel latte which had far to much caramel in...which made the drink over sweet ...needs less caramel or a bigger cup and the lady serving drinks on her own was rushed off her feet and trying her best ...no way can she keep this up especially when you have a breakfast offer on. Won't be going here again
