Morrisons Cafe

Saturday afternoon and we were a little hungry so we decided to grab some lunch. A portion of chips and a mighty breakfast. We used the self service mcdonalds style screen to order our food. Not the experience we had before. The cream cheese and herb dip we ordered on the screen turns out they don't stock. Hash browns were cold, Beans had a thick skin on - I dare say been hanging round a bit. The black pudding was cold, scrambled eggs were cold and very dry, but the Bacon, Sausage and fried bread were all fine. We only waited about 15 mins which isn't bad, but by the number of tables that needed clearing and the standard of food we guessed there was a staffing level problem. From today's experience, ok if you don't mind compromising on the quality. Parking: EV charging available in the corner of the car park. Cutlery was absolutely filthy,coffee was cold and waited ages for breakfast to be brought to our table!

Over an hour and a half for a breakfast. Bacon undercooked Mushrooms undercooked Many other customers were getting refunds - wish I would’ve. Customer service appalling. Will not return

Go into this cafe regularly and it's getting worse. Service is horrendous and extremely slow. If it wasn't for a lovely Gentleman that works there called Peter nothing would get done, the poor man does everything and it's everytime we go in. To make matters worse we went in today and he was been shouted at in the kitchen for everyone to hear,disgraceful, this is a regular thing other customers told us. There where alot of customers complaining and even customers asking for there money back. Morrisons need to quickly resolve this.

Polite and friendly staff, that's the only positive. Ordered 4 items from their self service kiosk, 2 not available, how does a store as big as Morrisons run out of Coca Cola? Food tasted like it had been sat under hot counter all day.

Food was decent, but took a while to find clean cutlery!
