Morrisons Cafe

Food preparation very poor, most items on menu left to dry out leaving no taste. Staff serving food very slow for the amount of persons using cafe. In need of attentive catering manager to better all round service.

Below average, common for items to be missing from breakfast. Would benefit from a thorough retraining from cooking to service

Where do I start? Given this cafe many chances, last time staff nearly made me cry. They are rude, aggressive, unprofessional, NEVER going back

Won't be visiting again , they never have the food I ask for , how difficult can it be to stock what's on the menu, updated visit Oct 2023 went shopping in Morrison's so looked at possibly getting food, 3/4 hour wait and staff arguing with customers, did a quick about turn. There order screen doesn't work, lots of half poured cups in the serving area, lots of staff though.

Food was okish but the staff was arguing about being one member of staff down and someone else taking a 30 mins break! Older lady was rude to my mother

The coffee machines have been out of order for over week and are regularly broken. Today even the hot water machine wasn’t working so no tea either to go with the food. I think the staff are very good and friendly but they have no control over broken machinery. The disabled toilet was closed and only one cubicle open in the gents- which is a regular occurrence. Even the escalator had stopped working by the time I was ready to leave. Just not good enough and many people were complaining.

Most breakfast items unavailable. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Overpriced too. Will not be returning.

Really nice food great service but one of the staff members were clueless on how to fix the coffee machine I work with a similar machine in my old job but was told I couldn’t fix they had to so had to wait 5 mins and all that was wrong was they needed coffe beans and empty the bottom but I will return and maybe new so I will not mark down to many marks

Very poor!!!!!!! Everything I asked to order, apparently they didnt have. The lady on the counter was very rude and offered no help at all. Tables were also very unclean! We will not be visiting again!!!

There’s plenty of room here, biggest Morrisons cafe I have visited! There’s a touch screen computer just on the outside of the cafe but I was told it’s been switched off and they are only doing limited options so the breakfast I wanted I couldn’t have. Then another customer told me it’s like this every week.. just limited options. Which is a shame. I had poached Eggs with avocado on toast which was ok. No mushrooms or hash browns.. a little disappointed but never mind! £6.14 for that and a latte
