So me and my partner have been hear many times and the first time we came hear the breakfast was lush! But we noticed over time it went down hill abit... Some breakfast items would come cold or the people serving us would forget items that we PAID for.. and the hot drinks machine would somtimes have issues with it and the food hasn't been the same since! So we might pop in if we are in morrisons, but I wouldnt say the cafe is the best compared to cafes i have been to!
Food was ok, you can order in many different ways ( Qr code, on there system, )
I stopped in a Morrisons Basingstoke for a quick bite to eat at lunchtime. The fish and chips were great, a good portion too. Staff were friendly and attentive. I wouldn’t hesitate to pop in again next time I’m passing for a quick turnaround. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.
Cold food. The foods not cooked on site just heated up in the microwave and the last 3 times I have been in there has been no tea as the urn is broken. I would understand but about 10m away they are selling kettles
Menu has good selection and prices are brilliant (especially with the 'kids eat free' offer). We were there around 5ish and the food definitely had the reheated look to it. It's probably fresher at the start of the day.
Food was cold had to send back got fresh and was ok
Delicious egg and bacon toasties with lashings of HP this morning. Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian breakfast options available. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible tables available.
Food is normally ok. We mostly go for a veggie English breakfast, and it has been average, as per expectations. Tried fish and chips once or twice which was better. Service is quite slow. Expect to wait up to 15 mins or longer for your order, even when the cafe is about 40% occupied. Coffee machines are often out of order (twice in 5 visits). It's an ok place to bring kids for a weekend brunch or to get a hot meal before/after a shop, but expect it to be a no-frills stop.
