Lovely little brunch place in Coquitlam, the staff is friendly and the place is clean, it is on the small side and at rush hour expect line ups. Food was delicious! Be prepared that while they do seat you, you order at the counter so you pay upfront.

I highly recommend having brunch here. I'm amazed by their variety, and everything is made fresh with great service. Definitely would come again! If you are lucky, they sometimes have oxtail.

Excellent food and service if you need catering for office lunch or family gatherings. The owner is easy to work with, understands your requests and accommodates well. I’d recommend providing a budget and let them create a fun surprise menu for your event. (Hint: You can order food that is off their regular restaurant menu!) Generous portion size and packaged well for take out. Best to order a few weeks in advance and pick up if you can as it is a busy restaurant! Vegetarian options: Great accommodation

My partners family and I enlisted in Morning Tide Eatery to cater a birthday function last month and we were all very pleased. Sherwin’s quotes were very reasonable, there were ample food options, he gave good advice as to how much to order for the event and communication was clear and professional The food itself was amazing!! Will recommend and look to use again in the future. Thank you to you and your team!

I can't say enough good things about the food. The bowls are huge and though they seem pricy at first, the amount of food you get is well worth it. Our first visit came highly recommended by a friend and we were also suggested to try the bowls. We went with the Plant Based bowl and the Brisket Bowl. The brisket was extremely tasty and delicious. Broke apart with barely a sight of the fork. The combinations were great. The plant based bowl was equally tasty with the chorizo style no-meat. The server was very kind and was excited to help us out of provide information. The problem however, is their pay-at-window system. They require you to pay prior to being served and their system pops up for a tip of 15% or more, prior to having had any service. I voiced my frustration to the server and although she was understanding, this seems to be a growing trend among many small restaurants. I don't feel comfortable tipping without service first, and especially when ordering food first, you feel compelled to tip so the restaurant gives you good service. This "good tip first = good service" needs to stop. If not for their tip system, I would easily rate this place above and beyond. It is STILL a must try in Coquitlam. Don't feel compelled to tip first, tell them right at the window you'll tip after the meal.

Ordered the brisket breakfast sandwich and was blown away with how FREAKIN' delicious it was!!! Highly recommended.

Literally the definition of a hidden gem in Coquitlam. The food is first class.

Today was our second time to this restaurant because we loved it at the first time. But today was disappointing! Hubby and i ordered “the pork belly benny’s” , priced for $21 you would expect at least a good portions of belly. Our orders came with one small thinly sliced pork belly on each muffin, seriously we started eating it and the pork is lost you couldn’t quite taste it because there’s barely nothing on it. I don’t think i will come back.

In all my travels across Canada I have to say this is the best quality and tasting food I’ve had. And I’ve been to some very fancy restaurants. The chef clearly puts love into his art of cookery. A very unique and loved by me item is the Ube scone. This place is a unique gem
