Morning Story - Arvada

Food is okay, nothing great but not terrible. The staff was friendly enough. The first time I made a to go order and they forgot to make it. We showed up, and the first staff member said it was almost done. 15 minutes later, we followed up with someone else, and they told us they forgot the order and are starting on it then. So, over 90 minutes later, we finally get our food. Food was okay enough, but they missed the strawberries and powdered sugar on one of the orders. The dine in experience was a bit better, but service was still a bit slow.

Food is great! The staff is less than stellar.

Server we had for lunch on Feb 15th was horrible. Took order and never saw again. What happened to checking on your table, offering refills, and not forgetting about a to-go order? Non-existent. But this seems to be the trend in this state lately, everyone thinks they're entitled to tips and dont earn them. Even asked her 3 times for refill to go and was ignored. Worst server ever. Get another job! Thanks to her, you lost customers.
