I’ve been visiting this gorgeous cafe most weeks since their opening day. It’s gorgeous inside, friendly and the food is delicious. ✔️✔️✔️ It’s Scunthorpe’s best kept secret but it won’t be a secret for long. If you’ve thought about visiting and don’t wait any longer. The menu is varied and the specials a real treat! I love the breakfast, the jackfruit wrap and the Falafel and humus flatbread. The leek and potato soup is yummy too! There’s not been anything I’ve not liked. I’ve been to events here like the Spanish evening, had afternoon tea, they hosted my daughter’s baby shower. The food has all been fabulous and the personal service by the owner tremendous. They have plenty of tables, some are accessed via steep stairs, however, they do have a toilet on the ground floor as well as upstairs and both are the cleanest and most gorgeous toilets I’ve ever frequented in a cafe! ❇️ They even will cater for outside events. Their specialiaty coffees are a delight but my favourite is an americano with creamy oat milk. ☕️ I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone who likes good food, nice surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. I’m so happy and feel blessed that the owner decided to open this cruelty free cafe in Scunthorpe. We’re very lucky indeed! No chance of cross contamination with yukky animal products like eggs or dairy. Hands down THE best cafe in Scunthorpe.

Lovely place to come for a tasty coffee
Starting to go off the place, I have been quite a few times now and the food & coffe is good, but who came up with the ideas to stop giving a biscuit with the coffee and now you have to get your drinks card stamped 10 times before you receive a free one!! Not 9 and the tenth free as it shows on the card. Even better, it doesnt matter how many hot drinks you buy on your order, your card is only stamped once!! But my daughter was told she can buy them seperately, to have her card stamped everytime. as long as she goes out the door and comes back in......someone is having a joke. The drinks card is supposed to be an incentive to come to you. These may be little things, but it can put people off, you make good money on hot drinks...dont be tight!!
Fantastic coffee and food, lovey staff and brilliant atmosphere.
Really really good quality
Pleasant ambience, knowledgeable barista, let down by terrible coffee. Placed order at the counter, brought up to the first floor by a waitress. No water (it's called service). The flat white served in a cappuccino cup. It did not taste good. Poor quality coffee made worse by fake milk. Cappuccino. Never seen anything like it. It looked disgusting. A large glass mug (far too large for a cappuccino), filled with what looked like beige-coloured frothy soup. I took one sip, and instantly felt sick, I thought I was going to throw up. The taste was vile. I returned downstairs, and asked for an espresso. If you can ask for fake milk in a coffee shop, is it not reasonable to be able to ask for real milk? I learnt the fake milk was Oatly. Watered down porridge with added enzymes. In Sweden, in trouble on many occasions for their false claims. The cakes looked delicious. I would emphasise looked. I did not want a repeat of the experience with the coffee. The coffee Extract. Not good. Not bad, but not good. There are far better roasteries to source coffee from. During the week coffee tasting. Maybe they mean coffee cupping or maybe not. Cost £25. Reputable coffee shops run coffee events as a free event. They wish to share knowledge of coffee. To put this fee in context, a cocktail bar ran a cocktail tasting evening. Half a dozen cocktails, two of each, the rubbish would be served in a bar contrasted with premium ingredients. The cost was somewhere around ten or twelve pounds. The coffee shop was very cold. Everyone huddled in their coats. But this was not restricted to Moon. We visited a couple of other places, they too were cold. Scunthorpe very run down. Cost of living crisis, soaring fuel costs. I guess no one can afford heating. Parking: On street parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Not disabled friendly. Steep stairs to access toilet in the first floor.
