Monterrey Mexican Restaurant

I walked and took a seat at the bar. The bar smells like week old beer. I left, read the negative reviews and believe I should share my experience

Service is terrible. Didn't get the order right and then left a portion of it out. Was promised I would be able to redeem next visit. Called 2 days later and was told they had no record of it and they refused to honor it. Won't be back. Service exceeds this restaurant elsewhere.

Disgusting, my dogs wouldn't even eat it.No cheese on the nachos and tasted foul.

Great food Music was too loud, especially when we didn't understand it .

First time visiting. Food was great. My test has always been the tamales. And theirs were really good. They actually had more meat than masa flour. Chips were a little thick in my opinion but were good. If I'm ever in Cleveland again I will not hesitate to stop in.
