Mona Lounge and Cigar Bar

Amazing !

I randomly went to this place after a game and I’m stuck between revisiting because of the customer service by one of the bartenders at the back bar I was with a party of 5 and I’m sure combined we spent well over $700 saying that to say I asked a bartender who name started with a L for a glass of water she ignored so did Hispanic bartender one of my friends asked for a drink she made it I ask again may I please have some water she said I don’t have time to make you some water after she said that I said ok a young lady make jasmine came up I asked her could she get us some water only 2 cups she refilled both our glasses so I tipped her because although she was busy she took the time out to help us out. Then after I got my water I said thank you jasmine and the other bartender said you can’t get mad I didn’t want to make you any water smh

I had a disappointing experience at the cigar lounge under Maria's management. Her lack of attention to detail and poor communication skills made the atmosphere unpleasant. The staff seemed disorganized, and the service was subpar. Overall, Maria's management style detracted from what could have been an enjoyable visit to the lounge. I will not be coming back.

Absolutely Great place to kick back and enjoy good music

This place is very,nice and smells great inside the two ladies that served me were very polite,all the food was excellent except the chocolate cake it's was dry.. im not a complainer and it wasn't Like they could make me another slice of cake.. .my only issue is I had to sit next to other customers who could not keep their voices down,and every 5 mins I kept hearing excuse me miss.. then one of the above mentioned customers had the nerve to speak on her cell phone and had the speaker on.... truly not the behavior you shouldn't have at a nice establishment such this..

Awesome environment, amazing staff, friendly clientele. Best cigar/hooka bar in VA.
