I love eating at Moe's! It's one of my favorites and it never disappoints. They've recently remodeled and added more booths. The food remains as awesome and interesting as always! I've never had a problem with the service. Every visit has been pleasant. They are even patient with my children.

THIS STORE DOES NOT ACCEPT MOES DISCOUNTS. Went here on a $5.99 burrito day. Mentioned the discount when I started my order and nobody corrected me. Got to the cash register, and was told that the manager wasn’t going to allow the reward to be used. It’s only for the Port Wentworth store. That feels like a great way to steal from people who feel like they need to pay now that their order is made. I did not pay and left. So product was wasted thanks to this store’s policies that they did not make clear when I mentioned the discount from the beginning.
Food is mediocre at best.
Did not receive eove 2 items called and did nor get much help. Guess my son ic mot eating tonight....not the first time!!! Orderedchicken and steak got barely any chicken!!!
The evening of 12-21-23 I order thru the Moe's app from the Pooler, GA store. The app charges delivery fees, online service fees, tip, etc...then the APP chooses who will deliver the food. I pay $40 to deliver 2 burrito's. Rediculous price but i didn't have to drive so I do it. Door Dash driver delivers ONE burrito. He says i gotta talk to Moe's...not his fault...he just picked up the bag with my name on it. (He's right). I call the local Moe's, and talk to a young man who shall remain nameless (but he should not be in this business)... He says yup...sorry we messed that up...you can come get your 2nd burrito...I said no...I paid for it to be delivered and YOU screwed up the order so YOU can deliver it to me...he said nope..that's YOUR problem...call Door dash. I said Door dash told me to call YOU...so no way am I having to deal with drivin back to your store to get a burrito I already paid to have delivered through YOUR MOE's app and that's when he hung up on me! Won't be using Moe's ever again!
I'm not sure what's happening at this Moe's. They don't provide any to go bowls. My quesadila fell apart at the cash register in a piece of foil that was smashed up. The employee was trying to shove the contents of the food back in the foil prior to me noticing it in the bag while it was spilling. The bag was ripped due to getting wet by the ingredients and food spillage. When I asked if the employees would have eaten the quesadila the way they presented it they even said no and shook their heads as if I was right. However, I was never offered to get a refund nor did they offer to make a new one. Gloves that they used were on the floor for customers to see. They said plates and bowls are only given to people who eat inside per management. It's extremely sad because laziness and no accountability to ensure that every customer has a good experience is no longer a priority. Hopefully, management will review their standards with this team because the service was lacking or perhaps the service just lacks with "certain" customers.
