Moe's Southwest Grill

I’ve been here a few times. I love Moe’s. This Moe’s is just as good as the others.

i scheduled my pick-up order for 7pm and waited for more than 15 minutes. one of workers told me they do people's orders upfront first and online later. what is that? do both same time. finally got my order 30 minutes later. never again. you need to provide training to those staff to improve timing.

Usually the service at this location is above average. But tonight, walked in with about a dozen people waiting for online orders and about 6 people that walked in waiting to order. The 3 young ladies behind the counter were only trying to fill the online orders and were ignoring the people waiting to order. If you take online orders, you still need someone to take the walk-in orders. Otherwise why open to the public if you only want to fill online orders! I waited in line for 15 minutes when I gave up and left to get my dinner at the Black Hog. You need to improve the training for the dinner staff!

30 mins before closing you have no rice. Very disappointing.

The staff had zero personality, the food was disgusting, the bathrooms were nasty, and yet the prices were high even by 2024 standards.

My first experience at Moe’s Food was mid and I was waiting for around 10 minutes while all the staff was in the back goofing off. I ordered an chicken burrito and asked for chips and salsa, they gave me a whole bag of chips and large salsa and charged me extra $10 definitely not coming back.

I been to other moes in Maryland and this one was pretty clean,the 4 young lady’s were very nice and fast got my food with in 5 minutes! 2/19/24

Way overpriced for fast food! The place was completely empty and there were dirty tables. Moe's used to be better.
