i usually don’t write reviews, but i came today and the bowl i ordered wasn’t even a quarter full and it was $12 there was hair in the Queso and the chips were stale…. really disappointed honestly would like a refund.
You're employees should have to wear a hair net when cooking. Young man had a beard and nothing over either.
It has been years since I've been to a Moe's restaurant. I just wanted to give it try again yesterday. I was not very impressed. I ordered a quesadilla and the employee made it completely wrong. Instead of laying it on the flat top and warming it, she proceeded to fold it in half and trying to hit it with the heated press. As a result, my tortilla was almost crispy. My food was pretty good other than that problem. The gentleman I went with had the same thing I did and it was prepared correctly by another employee. After this employee showed her what she had done wrong. She acted completely disgruntled. Even though the food was okay, because of the service, I won't be back.
Order the taco bar to go not enough to feed two people. Minimal portions ordered the steak and chicken in the meat was very dry and both ends. Lettuce wilted same amount of lettuce as you get is meet. If you want chips knock yourself.
My family and I stopped to grab dinner tonight, all the employees welcomed us in with smiles. However, I was very disappointed in the manager, no smile, rude tone, and was real quick to tell us what was included in our purchase. The whole reason why we stopped In was because I had a coupon from the cartersville discount book, Since it was Moe Monday the manager would not honor the coupon on top of it being Moe Monday. My husband and I order two entrées and were going to split our meals with our small children. We asked one of the employees to grab us some bowls and he was quick to say no problem but once the manager seen what he was doing she popped off saying no we can’t do that- grab some plate in the back. Then we had to wait for extra plates while our food was getting cold. Unfortunately, you have lost us as a value customers. I hope you get your management under control.
