Modern Bread and Bagel

The Avocado Toast on the Everything Bagel was amazing. The whole staff is great but a special shout out to Zaffron who answered all our questions and was so great with my young daughter. Love the aesthetic of the place too. Great chill breakfast spot.

Drove 2.5 hours for the worst gluten free bagel I have ever had. I threw it out after one bite. Don’t go here waste of time and money.

I went to the NY location in 2022 and have since been to this location a few times. So excited that they are expanding out in CA!!

The bagel sandwich was ok. I got the good day mate and added salmon. I may try a different sandwich next time. But the one I had felt underwhelming. But the chocolate babka cake was amazing! The chocolate was very rich and the cake was flavorful.

Celiacs rejoice! I went way out of my way to come here and boy was it worth it. Everything is gluten free and everything is delicious!! The location is picturesque and the staff is great. Tiffany was especially lovely, and offered to vacuum seal my extra bagels when I told her I was heading back home (out of state) later this week. I got the avo and smoke open faced sandwich (pictured here), which was gorgeous and sooo yummy. My mom had arugula and tomato bagel and said it was great- she had forgotten until half way through that it was GF. My favorite of the bagels is the salt one—tastes like a soft pretzel 😋, and the doughnut are divine!! Just an all around delightful place to be. And Tiffany told me they ship their goods, so I’ll definitely be ordering!

Slow as fffff..... Wife is gluten sensitive so we've stopped a couple of times going to other spots. The bakery is good. The pastries. Breakfast foods. But worth that hassle? Not a chance. Expensive, slow GF bakery in the Topanga Mall in Woodland hills. If you catch it when it's not busy you're experience may be different but both of mine sucked. 30 minutes for a bagel.......uh huh. Buh bye.
