When we first opened Modena Pizza & Ice Cream, we wanted it to be a place where folks could stop in for a quick slice of pizza knowing they wouldn’t be sacrificing quality for time. We brought a love of New York style pizza from the East Coast all the way over here to San Francisco, and we’re excited that we get to share that love with our city every day. Each morning starts with preparing our homemade dough and our specialty sauce made with fresh ingredients and plenty of flavor. When that’s all ready to go, we add the cheese and the toppings. But our favorite part of the process is serving those slices to you, our guests! It's pretty cool that such a simple combination of bread, sauce, cheese, and toppings can inspire the widest smiles.
