Mocha Loca

Just went to Mocha loca for the first time. Not happy. I told the man they charged me 8.80 for a 16 oz americano and an ice water. When asking how much the americano was he says 4.50, I then asked and the water? He replies “2.00” so “remaining?” I say? Oh 30 cent card fee. I didn’t even wanna deal with it cause I was annoyed. He’s acting like he can’t do math. But 2 bucks gone. Plus the americano was way too sweet. So very bad first impression.

Prices are good and the people that work there are amazing. I would recommend to anyone. Kid-friendliness: They're very friendly and make your kids feel like they're important too.

Delicious drinks. And they remember me and my mom every time we pull up. We are always greeted with a smile. We highly recommend.

The customer service is absolutely outstanding, and they really took the time to make sure my drink was happy with my drink, hundred percent recommend
