Helpful employees, great food, competitively priced. Will be back!
Great salads, go regularly for work. Recommend
We found this to be extremely overpriced for what you get. Granted all make your own salad places are expensive, but $18 is pushing it. Neither of us cared for our salads. Things like the “roasted butternut squash” tasted raw, and the fruit was not flavorful. Parking is non-existent. Also they close quite early at 4pm on the weekend. Wont be back.
Vegetarian options: All salads and bowls are great - have been here often
My daughter and I went there yesterday for a late lunch. We wanted healthy and I needed a salad. There was no one there dining. I ordered a salad and she ordered a bowl. It’s counter service much like Chipotle or Cava. Everything was fresh, flavorful, filling. We also ordered peach green tea and a bag of chips. We sat outside. This is on the edge of Scottsdale Quarter. We both liked our food and would possibly go back. I would choose something different, the falafel salad I got had crunchy hard bits of falafel? which kind of hurt my teeth. Parking: We struggled to find a space so ended up valeting the car. Once we sat outside the restaurant, we discovered a parking ramp that we didn’t see before. Valet only cost $15 which wasn’t bad.
I am unfortunately having to give this place one star. It seemed promising but I found a dead yellow jacket near the bottom of my salad. I had a to go order that was sealed in store and not opened until I got home so there is no way it landed in my meal after I left the establishment. I don’t understand how this happened. I make salads all the time and I don’t find it very challenging to keep dead bugs out of them. It freaks me out to think about what else could have possibly touched my food that I don’t know about and what state of disarray this place is in behind the scenes for this to have happened. Needless to say I couldn’t eat the rest of it. I had also unfortunately gotten my husband a to go salad and I trashed that too. Very sad because it looked delicious. I tried to call the store after much searching for a number but it went straight to vm so here I am writing this long review.
We usually like to eat here whenever we're in North Scottsdale, but we ordered the Bachelor salad yesterday and got terrible food poisoning from this place a few hours after eating here. We had to call out of work today due to the severity. We never get food poisoning and this place was the only new restaurant we visited yesterday. We're really disappointed at the lack of food safety and sanitation standards here, especially due to the price. We definitely expected better.
Many choices for a salad lover. Lots of options for ad on’s to their salad menu or build your own creation. The size of the salad was just right, maybe even too big. I barely finished mine and my wife had a little less than a half of salad remaining. Possibly adding a smaller size option to the menu should be an option. Our salads were about $15 each, I felt it was a good value. The location was very clean and inviting.
