Monali has been consistently delivered the same flavor profile, depending on the dish, a little sweetness, a little tartness, and just the right amount of spiciness. Quality food where just love eating it! It’s her flavors that elevates each dish in the tiffin. Furthermore it’s her service and her lovely disposition that makes people want to come back. Check it out!! Old Review Monali is an excellent cook. Her food is aromatic and flavorful, most importantly, a feel of home cooked food where it is not oily and right balance of flavors. My in-laws lover her food and they do not dish out compliments easily, but for her, they kept on raving about her food. It is simple food and that's what makes it special. Love the concept of tiffin and if you live far, she has disposal containers, just have to pay little extra. I would so that I can eat her home cooked delicious food. If you haven't tried, check it out! Most importantly, her mannerisms and her gentleness, has touched all of us. Her husband, Gaurang is also a gentleman and has done a wonderful job with the website. Very good and delicious food. Whatever we have tasted were authentic and felt like food that we have back in Indian homes..served in stainless steel or compostible boxes is added bonus and we dt have the guilt of eating hot food from plastics

Monali is kind, responsive and most importantly, a fantastic chef. Her food is delicious because of the careful and thoughtful blend of spices and flavors. We often order 2-3 times a week and each meal is thoughtfully prepared with love and skill. Truly a wonderful experience. Awesome healthy and tasty meal. More than sufficient quantity I am from New Jersey and was traveling to vargina to visit my parents and sister and they recommended me this awesome meal from Mitch Mantra. I was very satisfied with the menu and the quality and taste of the meal. Would surely recommend it.

Best Misal paav in Northern VA. Please call and confirm before you go if dine is an option. We also got some mirchi pickles and masala that isn't found in Indian grocery stores.

We got food catered for our Ganpati festival from Mitch Mantra, so I asked not to use onion/garlic in all curries including paneer butter masala. Chef Monali cooked such excellent food even though no onion/garlic was used. All our guests including us just loved her food. Thank you Monali!

Mirch Mantra's food is by far the best vegetarian-based multi-regional Indian food I've had. Friendly service and great attention to detail. Delicately spiced meals that were obviously cooked with care and passion. Love their weekly menu and look forward to their brunch options when they offer it. Really appreciate the eco-friendly packaging! Cannot recommend them enough.
