Mirador de Ulía

Es un restaurante precioso, con una atención fantástica y la comida muy rica... Pero eso sí... Lo mejor... las vistas! Para quitar el hipo!

Una tomadura de pelo:....precios de estrella michelín y comida de broma...cargarse unas cocochas con salsa al curry, un plato con un único espárrago duro...no crujiente....pato lacado sin piel crujiente....platos muy escasos, servicio confundiendo cortesía con aspavientos...eso sí...sin servilletas porque se les olvidó ponerlas hasta que se las pedimos...y un aire acondicionado de polo norte, que sólo a la tercera petición lo corrigieron. Este restaurante así llevado está condenado a desaparecer. Una pena...que un sitio con estas vistas sea un auténtico timo.

Cuando vas a un sitio así esperas que sea de 10 todo. Pero en este caso no nos a gustado mucho. Estuvimos 1 hora con el aperitivo de los aceites y nos atiborraron a pan. La espera entre plato y plato fue muy larga, el maridaje y el servicio de los platos no fueron a la par, por lo que no teníamos vino cuando llegaban los platos. Del menú degustación cambiaron varias cosas y sirvieron menos pases de los que pone en el menú. No nos sorprendió ningún plato, íbamos con unas altas expectativas que no se cumplieron. Pidiendo un menú degustación con maridaje nos cobraron 16€ de agua. Creo que tienen mucho margen de mejora tanto en servicio como en cálidad de los platos.

Aparte de la vista que es espectacular, nos ha decepcionado mucho el resto. Una mala relación calidad precio y un mal servicio a pesar de la buena voluntad que muestran muchas de las personas que trabajan allí. Todo bastante lento y cuando terminas te invitan a irte, incluso tuvimos que reclamar que nos pusieran un café ya que en un primer momento nos dijeron que la cafetera estaba cerrada… creo que tardaremos en volver

A fantastic view but such a pity that the dining is bad... Went to the restaurant - as highly recommended. View was breathtaking and this is definitely one of the best spots. Reception was OK with an excellent drink and nice bread. From here...Cold, unpleasantly air conditioning and the personel saw that at least at three tables all guests took their clothes / overcoats. Light was too bright - no atmosphere at all. Only a tasting menu was available, but there was no overall presentation. Wine was supposed to be paired, but the sommelier offered only one bottle of white wine, that frankly was not impressive. Again no presentation, and it was not complementary. At our table and at another table there was a discussion about a glass of red wine paired with the meat, but that was "forgotten" (and it is not an issue of cost). 12 courses - absolutely too much as they were served over 4 hours and many did not really differ in texture or taste. Overall very bland as taste and texture, nothing special nothing wow. Poorly presented - some personnel was unable to speak english, using only fake smiles and a too repeated "scuze me" (a uncoordinated "dance of several persons and not a sense that you had a maitre d" or somebody that was really caring for you). When the meat course arrived, we were announced that there is no more beef and we should taste duck. Refusing, we were offered with contempt Waygu beef, which was horribly cooked and tasted...By the end of the 4 hours one of the toilet cabins was dirty., The price was one 50 per cent more than in another Michelin restaurant in Bilbao. So this should be downgraded or change the chef or the chef was absent. Poor experience excepting the magnificent view

The cooking was okay (definitely not great) but it was really expensive for tiny portions with rather simple ingredients. Nevertheless, the staff was really nice.

Nobody answers the phone and email. I’ve asked to cancel reservation because my wife feels thick. No one even answered to and called me. Marked me as now show (but I’ve cancelled my reservation online) and charged me 150€. Extremely disappointed with service!!!!

Pedí menú degustación y de 11 platos 9 super de súper delicioso La atención muy buena. Se paga un poco costoso pero el lugar y comida lo amertan
