Minglewood Distilling Co is an authentic craft distillery located in the original Minglewood Coal & Ice building from the 1880s. The Ice Plant is our 140 person event venue and includes a full service cocktail bar; perfect for weddings, parties, and company events. The Bottle Shop is open every weekend and offers tastings, tours, bottle sales, and cocktails.
