Minard’s Spaghetti Inn was founded in 1937 by Rose (Oliverio) Minard(i) and her husband Michael Minardi in the couple’s small duplex apartment. What began as means to an end during the Great Depression has grown into a 120+ seat full-service restaurant. Minard’s prides itself on using top quality ingredients and remains committed to Grandma Rose’s and Aunt Bay’s original recipes. Now in its third generation of family ownership, we maintain the philosophy that this is our home, and you are our guests. We are committed to making your dining experience a memorable one.
