4/8: Kyle could not find 2 emails I sent and was not willing to address my original concern after sharing my experience. His tone was rude and unprofessional when I shared my experience. **WARNING** Fraudulent Reviews and Integrity Concern. They remove negative reviews somehow and put a standard answer in response to negative reviews so it looks like they are following up but they don’t ever respond to the email.
