The best hands down! They are yummy. The selection is huge and the have plenty of drinks. Staff is always friendly!!

I came in to get donuts at 9:30 this morning. They hardly had any donuts at all, no glazed, no frosted, no cinnamon sugar or jelly, nothing classic just some cake donuts and chocolate peanut butter. They had maybe two trays worth of 2 or 3 kinds of donuts total. I asked if they had anymore and the woman was incredibly rude she and the man that were in there were treating me and the other customers like we were such an inconvenience. The man was trying to go outside to smoke which he did immediately after I left right in front of me, and I’m guessing didn’t love that all of a sudden they had business… guess that’s why they didn’t make enough donuts, they don’t like having customers apparently. They didn’t explain why, or even apologize for being out of everything… I mean at least make up an excuse! It was just so obvious they didn’t want us there. I asked if they would have more later, since they are open until 3pm and it was only 9:30, the woman just said “tomorrow” I guess they wanted to close early today. I’ve never seen this place like this!! It used to be such a happy place to come to in the morning, everyone nice and smiling and racks and racks of donuts! I was really excited to treat myself to some donuts. But I will never come back. If you don’t want to work in customer service, please don’t.

Family favorite with 4 generation have been coming!

More than once I've gotten doughy doughnuts from here. Yesterday will be my last visit to your shop in Middletown Ohio I will spend more money at Central Pastry for doughnuts that are completely fried.

Miltons is just not the same. The original owners should never have sold it. The people that have bought it and expanded it, have ruined what were once the best donuts anywhere. Miltons was literally the best and now are closer to the worst. What a shame how they have ruined it. I thought they had a clause when they bought it, not to change anything but that clearly must not have been the case.
