Love the food but it is inconsistent. Sometimes chicken is soft, sometimes seems overcooked (or old). Service allways prompt. Lots of TVs if you like.

Prior to Covid, These restaurants had THE BEST Jambalaya in Chicagoland. I was/am heartily disappointed that that recipe never returned when we did. Still, a solid meal, excellent drink selection and great service make it hard to find fault with any Miller's Ale House. Oh, The Game (whichever one you consider capitalization worthy) will be on or available. You can have high quality bar food or healthy fare should you have a date that you don't want to know how you approach finger-licking good hamburgers/sandwiches. Dietary restrictions: Able to be flexible with their broad menu selection.

Ashley has served us several times and always lets us know the new menu items to try and asks what we think so she can give feedback to the company. She dressed up like the Grinch at Christmas and the kids we saw in the restaurant were all excited to see her. The manager, Chris K., is smiling every time we see him and stops to say hello to everyone and ask how they're doing. We have never had a bad experience at Miller's and have felt welcome every time.

Only my second time patronizing Miller's and was very dissatisfied with the food and service. I ordered the fish and chips, and broccoli cheddar soup. My girlfriend, French onion soup. Service was exactly that. Nothing more or less. Our entrees came out first and we had to wait another 10 minutes for are soup, which was cold, unremarkable and should have been served first. Neither satisfied or dissatisfied.

it was our first time there and was so happy we chose that place. went with our son, daughter and four grandchildren was fabulous
