Milk Bar

No ice cream. No cakes. No bueno. What happened?!

Sold out of shakes and ice cream. Service was sucky. She was on phone with friend whole time.

I got a chocolate cookie and it was great! The fruity pebble soft serve wasn't the best but if you like odd flavors then this place may be for you! The staff was great, very friendly and answered all of my questions nicely! I wish there was a plain soft serve flavor to compliment the more complax flavors of the cakes.

The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time . The product that was delivered was good but not complete. And this is the second time this happened while ordering online .Neither time was fixed . I had a very small ( and easily fixable ) issue placing the online order . An agent finally reached out after multiple attempts and asked a question regarding what code I was using . I answered , providing exact info and pictures , and then I never heard from her again . I reached out to customer service 2 more times only to receive generic automated email responses . Calling doesn’t work either . The product is good but just hope that you don’t have an issue because it will be never be fixed and completely disregarded . It is clear they don’t care about their customers at all . I hope they realize that there are many other bakeries whose product is just as good , who actually value their customers . .

I’ve tried the Milk cookies at the grocery store and they’re okay compared to other brands. Was in the area with friends for dinner and didn’t realize this place had an actual bakery. Wanted to see if it was better. We tried five different cookies, a slice of cake, truffles, and a shake. The confetti cookie was okay and everything else we felt did not taste good. The place is overpriced. Would not recommend. The staff were friendly tho.

We’ve wanted to try this place forever, since the first one opened in NY. It was worth it!!

Order was dry and not very good. Service was very poor.

On Mother’s Day ,at 10pm my wife and I were denied a well-deserved milkshake due to the milk bar being out of milk ironically. By a young lady. Dear management, please confirm this is true? We are locals, and have been supporting milk bar since opening.
