Chose your favorite slow smoked meat, piled high on a large, toasted bakery bun and one of our homemade sides and get a 20oz drink and a banana pudding shot (4oz of our award winning banana pudding) Once the pudding is sold out for the day, we will sub a triple chocolate brownie or rice crispy treat.

Choose a generous 1/2 lb portion of our delicious slow smoked meats and two homemade sides.

Choose any slow smoked meat on a bakery bun and top it off with toppings of your choice. (Rib meat is extra)

Start with a smoked baked potato and add butter, sour cream, shredded cheese and chives or any other toppings add the slow smoked meat of your choice. May we suggest our chopped brisket or pulled pork?

Any meat choice other than ribs wrapped in a tortilla. Add your favorite toppings.

Our award winning beef brisket is seasoned in our own flavorful dry rub and slow smoked until it's almost too tender to slice.

4-6 people. 1lb slow smoked brisket, 4 sausage links, 3 pint (16 oz.) sides.
