Mighty Oak BBQ (food truck on the patio)

We were a BBQ Food truck, forged in Lockhart Tx, the BBQ capital of Texas, earning the seal of approval from the Big 4 BBQ places in town. We now have a small restaurant in New Braunfels, Texas along with a spot for the foodtruck at the Texas Ski Ranch. Our meats are smoked low and slow, right on site on a real wood burning smoke pit using post oak and our own unique blend of spices that set us apart from traditional salt and pepper, Texas BBQ. Everything we make is made from scratch using our original recipes, including the sauces that perfectly compliment our meats. Our signature sweet and tangy BBQ sauce is so good I’ve seen people drink it! Like it spicy? Try our habanero/mango sauce. Don’t forget your homemade sides and deserts.
