The employees were prioritizing their phones more than customer service, and I did not enjoy the macaroons, they were stale as if it wasn’t made fresh for that day.

I absolutely love it here. I go after school when I have the money and I tell everyone about it. School is hard but this place makes it better. EVERYTHING IS GOOD GO BUY IT!!!

Stopped by after I was dropped off at the train station and was looking for a bite to eat. The inside had a nice atmosphere and the music playing fit the vibe. I have a peanut allergy and did not know which of the cookies I would be able to have. Serena helped me out and let me know which ones were okay. She was very nice and patient with my requests. The cookies were just as delicious as I thought they were going to be. Will be going back again if I’m ever back in Poughkeepsie

My first & prob only visit!! The rap music dropping f bombs & vulgar language was too much for me! I like rap but I could not believe what was playing!! Poor choice for a business. Was there on ladies night we could barely talk or hear each other with that music blasting. I learned new curse words . The choc chip dough had a major visual difference in dough balls, not sure the one bite I took, tasted burnt.. maybe the lighter one would have had a less butter: burnt taste.. the cookies are not baked in the middle it is like eating raw, warm dough. It literally oozed out.. I like a fully baked cookie. I couldn’t eat it. At $18 for 6 cookies I expected more.. the cookies did harden a few hours later, but ended up in garbage. They tasted like burnt butter. The young lady behind counter finally changed music when we were leaving after hearing us talk about it.. This store fell flat for me! Once a month we get out, was an extremely disappointing choice!!

Not happy at all! Went not too long ago to pick up some cookies for a family outing and got the vibe that no one wanted to be there at all. Agitated workers, small spot and the place didn't look all that clean...
