Mi Pueblo Mexican Grill

This place was very welcoming and had great vibes. Excellent customer service. The food was fresh, but lacked flavor. Definitely needs seasoning. I ordered the chicken fajitas and was pretty disappointed..

Delicious and as close as possible to homemade authentic Mexican food as I've had in Charlotte definitely found my favorite spot for my Chile fix Update food is still very tasty however our experience was not good at all we sat in a room with a large group that was having a birthday party and it was very loud and uncomfortable we didn’t get acknowledged for over 20 minutes and then it took another 20 minutes to get our food ordered we never got offered refills and we honestly didn’t get any service the remainder of our visit I was very disappointed especially because it wasn’t a very busy night so I don’t understand why we were seated in such a crowded room it made this experience the worst

Usually I enjoy coming to this restaurant but my most recent experience was not good in comparison to the others. We were seated right away with a table that already had chips and dip ready for us but we had been seated near a rowdy birthday party with little children running around screaming despite the restaurant not being busy we were seated somewhere where we couldn't hear our waiter speaking.

Chips were warm when bought to the table large potions for lunch luv the warm Chips little disappointed in the salsa but overall lots of food for lunch menu service was okay not great but will definitely return again

I spent over $50 and there were orders still missing.I got there before hand and food was also cold.I called the Restaurant numerous times trying to get them to fix their error and he said I was wrong and that the Quesadilla does not come with rice and beans but when I ordered online it said it comes with rice and beans.Money dosent grow on trees and $50 is a bit steep to not recieve everything you ordered.And then to top it off I asked for untencils and i guess they cant even do that right.Stay far away from here.
