To be honest, I stopped eating MI Casitas, not because it's bad, but because I just got burnt out on it. The same menu items for years. Lately, I've been tring the smaller taco stands/spots and find their more authentic. My wife and I decided to give it a go since it's been a long while, and we're surprised to see that they added birria tacos to the menu. You only get three small dippable tacos, but the quality is on point. The only issue is that normally, the soup you get to dip is usually in a larger bowl as traditionally, it's meant to be eaten separately. The caso taco is more tex-mex. But instead, they give you a tiny side with like 3 table spoons of it. You also have to ask for the lime, cilantro, and onion as they don't include like everyone else does. Overall, for the price, it's very good. Just don't for get to ask for the condiments and more soup.
